General The abstract must be typed in single space, in English, using at least a 9-point sized font and should not exceed 500 words.
Title Do not bold, italicize, or underline any items in the title. Do not include authors or institutions in the title. Avoid the use of abbreviations.
Authors Authors should be included as mentioned in the online form, i.e. First Name and Last Name. The name of the presenting author should be filled in the presenting author column only.
Institution List the institution in which the work is carried out. Do not mention individual authors' affiliations.
Abstract Body Type the body of the abstract in the following order: Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Do Not Include Do not include title, author names, or institution details inside the abstract text box.
Abbreviations Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be written in full the first time and followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
Tables & Figures Either one table or one graph may be included and will be considered as 60 characters.
Placement Please ensure that a Table / Graph / Chart is placed on the second page.
Proofread Please proofread the abstract carefully for factual and spelling errors, including names, author order, and institution name.
Presenter The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.
Submission Policy Once submitted, no corrections are possible. To withdraw an abstract, write to abstractcsi2026@gmail.com within 15 days of submission.
Deadline Abstracts must be submitted by Friday, 31st July, 2026..
